The vine Pinot Grigio is a wine of straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose slightly fragrant, fruity, dry, alcoholic, soft, fresh, harmonious and balanced. If made into copper takes on a slightly bitter taste. It has no particular predisposition to long aging.
