LAMBRUSCO GRASPAROSSA
Variety with good vigor, not excessive. The bunch is medium, elongated, pyramidal, with a very evident and sparsely spread wing. The medium-sized grape has a blue-black and thick and consistent skin. It has a juicy pulp with a simple and acidulous taste. Lambrusco Grasparossa gives a wine with an intense ruby red color, with a marked vinosity and a light fragrance.
