SOUVIGNIER GRIS
Grape variety with excellent potential, it is a cross obtained in Germany in 1983 at the Research Institute of Freiburg. For several years it has been mistakenly considered a cross between Cabernet sauvignon x Bronner, but recently it has been established that is a cross between Seyval and Zähringer. Wine releases typical aromas of the variety, it is slightly fruity, mineral, with a good structure
Shipments will begin in late October for potted plants and in early December for bare-root plants, depending on weather conditions which could slow down the preparation of the plants. For mixed orders, please consider the timing of the bare-root plants.
