CALARDIS BLANC
It is a resistant wine variety obtained at the Julius Kühn-Institut in Siebeldingen, crossing CALARDIS MUSQUE x Seyve Villard 39-639. The wines of this grape variety are characterized by lively, ripe acidity and have a rich aroma of exotic fruit with a delicate, finely spiced bouquet. The variety is also very suitable as a base wine for sparkling wines. The budding and harvesting time are comparable to Riesling.
