Shipments

The order is usually executed in 2-8 days. In the case of exhaustion of the stock or unavailability of the ordered Product, Vitifera will inform the Customer as soon as possible, specifying a term for availability or an alternative product. The Customer will confirm his choice through the e-mail indicated at the time of the order, or wait for the availability of the Product or request a refund.

For reasons of bulk and purchase, the plants could be pruned before shipment. It's possible that small branches breakage during transport and loss of soil from the sod, not attributable to us, which however does not compromise the attack of the plant.

Depending on the types, the products are packed in bags, boxes or on pallets.

The ordered Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Shipments will take place after receiving payment confirmation:

for the bank transfer if the credit in our current account is valid, for the payment by credit card and Paypal if the confirmation of the transaction by the circuit is binding.

On the day of shipment, an e-mail will be sent to the Customer with the tracking code for shipment tracking (if the courier provides this service) and the courier's telephone summary.

Between the day of shipment of the products and the day of arrival by the customer, there are generally between 1 and a maximum of 6 days, it depends by the destination town.
Order processing times are 24 hours. No responsibility can be attributed to Vitifera in case of delay in delivery of the order by couriers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CUSTOMER:
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported writing CONTROL RESERVE on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the Courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be opposed to any dispute regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 by the plants reception, according to the procedures set forth in this document.

Attention: if the goods are accepted without applying the RESERVE, Vitifera will not be able in any way to claim, in a second moment, any shortages or damages caused by the transport.

If the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 8 days to the reception. Any damages or hidden anomalies have to be reported writing an e-mail, sending a fax or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Company.
